Regular Fit
Most of our kids’ and adults’ items come in a standard, true-to-size fit. We always recommend checking the size guide and measuring up before placing your order.
Relaxed / Oversized Fit
Our relaxed and oversized pieces are designed to have a looser, more laid-back fit. They run bigger than our regular styles, so be sure to check the size chart. As a rough guide, they fit about one size larger – so if you’re usually an XL, you might prefer a L for a similar fit.
How to Measure
We measure garments across the chest, from armpit to armpit.

We care about doing things the right way – both for the planet and for quality. Our garments meet recognised global standards and are supported by independent certifications. Most of our products are made from 100% organic cotton, and where other materials are used, we aim to choose recycled or partly recycled options whenever we can.

To keep your garments looking their best, wash at 30°C or below to help prevent shrinkage and protect the printed design. We recommend avoiding tumble drying and opting for air drying instead, as this helps extend the life of your clothing and reduces the risk of shrinkage or peeling labels. Always wash with similar colours to avoid colour transfer. When ironing, be sure to avoid direct contact with printed areas to protect the design.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also pay using ApplePay and GooglePay. You can also pay using a valid Gift Card.

If you’re local to us we welcome collections. Please use our Click & Collect service available at the checkout. Please contact us to arrange collection.

UK shipping is through Royal Mail. We provide tracked international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and any customs or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
We aim to dispatch orders within three working days. For international shipments, please allow up to 15 days before reaching out if your order hasn’t arrived.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday. All items are carefully inspected for quality before dispatch. International orders are non-refundable.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you don’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder. We aim to dispatch orders within three working days. Please allow up to 7 days before contacting us regarding missing deliveries.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday and dispatched within three working days.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping details, including postcode, are correct before placing your order, as we cannot refund or replace items sent to an incorrect address.

Each item is made to order, so we kindly ask that you double-check the size information to ensure the right fit. We can exchange items within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase, but please get in touch with us first.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, with all labels attached, and in a condition suitable for resale. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
All products are carefully inspected before dispatch, so if your order arrives damaged, please contact us straight away. Refunds will be issued to the original card used for purchase.

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, we will take every step to resolve the issue. Please contact us immediately with photos of the affected item. We will coordinate the return and ensure a replacement is sent promptly.
