To stay environmentally friendly and offer organic clothing at an affordable price, we operate on a ‘made to order’ basis. This means we don’t hold large amounts of stock and every item is produced especially for you, helping to reduce waste and unnecessary returns.
Operating on this basis also allows us to stay fresh and introduce exciting new products and designs at any time.

Most of our products are unisex unless otherwise stated on the product page.
We advise all customers to refer to the size guide on each product page to get the exact measurements.

Regular Fit
Most of our kids/adults products are a regular/standard fit. They are true to size but always check the size chart and measure up before ordering.Relaxed/Oversized Fit
Our ‘relaxed’ and ‘oversized’ fit products are designed to be bigger in style. Please check the size chart as these garments are much bigger than our regular range.They are approximately 1 size over. eg: if you are an XL in regular size may want a L in ‘relaxed’ for a similar fit.
How to measure for size?
Our garments are measured across the chest, from just below armpit to armpit. -
As an eco-conscious brand, both sustainability and quality are very important to us. Our garments are produced to recognised and accredited global standards backed up by independent certifications.
Most of our products made from sustainable 100% organic cotton and where other materials are used, we aim to ensure they are made from recycled or part recycled materials where possible.

To avoid shrinkage and to protect the printed design, we recommend that all garments are washed no hotter than 30 degrees.
Avoid tumble drying. This will increase the longevity of the clothing and reduce the chances of shrinkage or labels peeling off. We recommend air drying.
Always wash garments with similar colours to avoid colour transfer.
Do not iron directly over the design as it could melt the print onto your iron.

If you’re local to us we welcome collections. Please use our Click & Collect service available at the checkout. Please contact us to arrange collection.

We offer tracked worldwide International Shipping. Cost is calculated at the checkout. Additional country-specific customs and duties are at customer cost.
We aim to dispatch orders within three working days of purchase. For international shipping please allow 15 days before contacting us if your product has not arrived.
Please note that purchases made after 12noon on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday and dispatched within three working days.
All products are subject to stringent quality control measures prior to dispatch. We do not offer international refunds.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order after purchase. If your order confirmation has not been received, check your junk mailbox.
We aim to dispatch orders within three working days of purchase. Please allow 7 days before contacting us if your product has not arrived.
Please note that purchases made after 12noon on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday and dispatched within three working days.
Once an order has been dispatched we can’t make changes to the shipping address.
Please check your shipping address (including postcode) is correct before placing your order, as we are unable to refund or replace orders that have have been shipped to an incorrect address.

Every is printed and prepared is to order, so we would kindly ask that you double check the garment size information to ensure you order the correct size.
We will exchange within 14 days with proof of purchase, however PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST.
Products must be undamaged and returned in their original packaging in a re-sellable condition. All garments must be unworn with any labels attached.
Please note shipping costs are non-refundable and you must cover the cost of return.
All products are subject to stringent quality control measures prior to dispatch. Please contact us if your item is damaged.
Refunds are processed back to the card purchased with.

We take pride in producing high-quality, sustainable products that go through strict quality checks before dispatch. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, we will everything possible to make it right.
Please contact us straight away. We will require you to attach a couple of photos of the damaged or incorrect item and we’ll arrange the return and replacement for you.
